Who we are

The Script Reader's Verdict is sold by Loving My Words, the seller of record. Write to us at support@lovingmywords.com, or by post to Loving My Words, 1501 India Street, PMB 103-11, San Diego, CA 92101. A person reads the mail, and a person answers it.

What we receive, and why

• Your script and your answers to the questions — to run your read, and for nothing else.
• Your name and email, if you claim a free seat — to issue your seat, to keep to one free seat per writer, and so a person can answer you. We count claims per connection to stop abuse.
• The email on your receipt, if you buy a seat — read from the payment processor only to confirm the payment and issue your seat; we keep a one-way fingerprint of it beside your seat.
• Your answers to “Help Us Improve SRV”, if you give them — only to improve SRV.
• The house’s ledger — counts, codes, costs and one-way fingerprints, never a word of your text.

Your seat code itself is never stored — only a one-way fingerprint of it. No analytics and no third-party trackers run on this website.

Who receives your pages

The house’s own server. Your read runs there, on our account. The server is rented from a hosting provider; your pages sit in your seat’s own folder on it.

A third-party AI reading service. Our server sends your pages to a third-party AI reading service, under a business agreement, solely to process your read — and to nowhere else. Each request goes out with the service’s storage option switched off where the provider allows it, and nothing comes back to us but the read itself. Storage switched off is not the same as zero retention: the provider may hold data briefly for abuse monitoring, under its own terms, before it is deleted. We do not name the provider on this website. If you want to know which company it is before you upload, write to support@lovingmywords.com and we will tell you.

The payment processor. Payment is taken by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never to this website.

The mail. When the house’s mail is switched on, an email delivery service sends you a copy of your seat code (and the link to the door) and one short note when your documents are ready — never a word of your script, and to no one else. While the mail is off, nothing is emailed.

No one else receives your script. We never sell it, never share it with another writer, never republish it, and never use it to train anything.

How long each thing is kept

• Your script — only while your read runs, and deleted at delivery. If you stop a read, your pages and everything the read has made from them are deleted then.
• A read that fails — If a read fails, your pages are deleted at once, and only the read’s finished parts are kept — they can quote short lines of your pages — so that uploading the same script restarts it without paying for anything twice; they are deleted at delivery, or thirty days after the read stopped.
• A read the house paused, or that was interrupted on our side — your pages and its finished parts are kept so the house can resume it; if it has not resumed within thirty days, all of it is deleted.
• Your documents — THE SCRIPT VERDICT and THE SCREEN ELEVATION BRIEF, with the house’s own record of the read — kept thirty days after delivery so you can download them again, then deleted.
• Your feedback answers — for as long as SRV is offered, unless you ask us to delete them.
• Your seat records and contact record — kept with your seat, on no clock, until you ask us to delete them.
• Order and transaction records — that a purchase happened, its reference, its date and its amount — only as long as accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and legal obligations require.

Where your pages are processed

SRV is offered worldwide. The house’s server and the reading service may process your pages outside your own country. Wherever they go, they go only to run your read, under the terms above.

Your choices and your rights

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your documents, your contact record, your series record, your feedback answers and your seat records — at any time, and the answer is yes, within the one boundary above: records the law requires us to keep. Write to support@lovingmywords.com. Where your own country’s or state’s law gives you a further privacy right, that law governs.

Who this is for

SRV is for adults: you must be 18 or older, or working with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian who holds the seat.

Changes to this notice

If what the house does with your pages changes, this notice changes first, before the change takes effect. Where any wording differs between this notice and another page of ours, the stricter protection of the writer governs.
